Mrs. Deborah Ann (Patterson) Lewis

Mrs. Deborah Ann Lewis, 68 of Parkton, NC peacefully passed on Thursday, October 14, 2021.  Graveside services will be Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Mt Hebrew Cemetery, Lake Upchurch Rd., Parkton, NC.  Viewing:  Thursday 1-7 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Deborah Ann Patterson Lewis born to the late Marvin and Annie Ruth Patterson on December 17th, 1952 and departed this life on October 14th, 2021 at Southeastern in Lumberton, NC.

She was the second child of eleven children.  Deborah was friendly, talkative and loveable.  She graduated from Parkton High School in 1972.  She retired from the Cumberland County Schools where she worked at Southview High School.  She saw the need for divine guidance and accepted the Lord as her personal savior and joined the New Covenant Church of the Apostolic Faith in Saint Pauls, NC.  Deborah will truly be missed by family and friends.  Six brothers preceded-in-death; Marvin, Sammie, Jerry, Joseph, Steve, Dwight and two sisters; Linda and Maggie.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters; Joyce Lewis and Tashia Lewis, three grandchildren; Jordon, Jaquawn and Jashawn, and one great grandchild; Jayden, one sister Elaine Davis of Atlanta, GA; one brother David Patterson of Shannon, NC and a host of sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
