Mr. Floyd Curtis Sykes

Mr. Floyd Curtis Sykes, 60 of Raeford NC, formerly of St.Pauls passed on Friday June 11, 2021.  Graveside services will be Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Shiloh Cemetery, St. Pauls, NC.  Viewing will be Thursday 1-6 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.

On Friday, June 11th, Floyd Curtis Sykes went home to be with the Lord.  Floyd was born on September 10th 1960 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Tom and Euella Sykes.

He was an usher at First Missionary Baptist Church for many years.

Floyd was a hard worker and was employed by Spectrum in Fayetteville as a warehouse Technician for many years.

Floyd was outgoing, funny, supportive and giving.  He was a blessing to have been loaned to us for this short season.

He leaves behind on son, Josiah Sequeirea of Waterbury, Connecticut; two sisters, Sylvin Ebron (Burnice) of Stratford, Ct. and Helen Vereen of Bridgeport, Ct.,; Three brothers: Calvin of Bridgeport, Ct., Ronald of Raeford and Russell (Pam) of St. Pauls and a host of nephews, neices, cousins and many friends.
