On Thursday, September 29, 2022, God called from this earthly journey into a new life with Him our beloved John Henry Robinson. Mr. John Henry Robinson was born on July 19, 1940 to the late Nathan and Mary Robinson.
John attended public school in Robeson County. He was employed with Cape Fear Railroad for many years. John accepted Christ at an early age and joined Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, where he remained a faithful member.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Mae Robinson; daughter, Minnie Robinson; parents, Nathan and Mary Robinson; grandsons, Tyreese Robinson and Montreal Robinson; granddaughter, Simona Robinson; four sisters and nine brothers.
Those left to celebrate his life and cherish his memories are: sons, Henry D. (Nise) Robinson, Marvin (Rita) Robinson and Jasper (Esmeralda) Robinson; daughter, Angie McNair; grandchildren, Larissa Robinson, Paul Robinson, Katiya Robinson, Shakeya Gibson, Rasheeda Robinson, Demetrius Robinson, Antwan Robinson and Shakira Robinson; twenty-two great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
