Mrs, Elzether McMillan, 75, of Fayetteville NC, passed away on April 17, 2024. On Tuesday, April 23, 2024 hours of visitating and reflecting will take place from 1:00pm until 5:00pm at McKoy and Sons Mortuary, 412 East Armfield Street, St. Pauls NC.
