Mr. Chester Blue 71 passed on January 28, 2019. Graveside service will be Friday, February 1, 2019, 12:00 noon at McKinnon Cemetery, Saint Pauls, NC, Rev. James McKinnon,Officiating. Visitation is Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 1-6 pm at the McKoy & Sons Mortuary, 412 E. Armfield St., St. Pauls, NC. The family is receiving family and friends at Ms. Georgia Blue home, Britt Rd., St. Pauls, NC
