Ronnie Williams Obituary

Mr. Ronnie Williams, 64 of St. Pauls, peacefully passed on Monday, November 18, 2019.  Funeral service will be Saturday, November 23, 2019, 1:00 pm at Jackson Grove Holiness Church, 533 Morgan J. Rd., Shannon, NC.   Junior Bishop Shepard Pierce, Pastor.  Visitation: Friday 1 - 7 pm (Family meeting with friends 5 - 7 pm) in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial:  Rockfish Memorial Cemetery, Fayetteville, NC.   The family will receive family and friends at 1489 New Bethel Church Rd., St. Pauls, NC  28384 (family home).

Mr. Ronnie Williams of St. Pauls, NC was born on November 1, 1955, to the late James Lee Williams and Mary Bell Lesane Williams.  He departed this life on Monday, November 18, 2019 at his home surrounded by loved ones.

He attended Jackson Grove in Rennert, NC at an early age.  On October 19, 2019 he rededicated his life to Jesus Christ our Lord God.  He received his education at the Public School of Robeson County, where he graduated at St. Pauls High School.

Ronnie was a farmer, he worked at Burlington Mills for 25 years.  He also worked at Valley Protein, Fayetteville, NC for 17 years.  When Ronnie wasn't working he loved to watch his favorite team the Dallas Cowboys.

He was a loving caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.  Ronnie leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 23 years Mary Smith Williams.  Two daughters, Shawana Brown of St. Pauls, NC, Cynthia McNeill of Linden, NC; one son, Willie Smith of Red Springs, NC; six grandchildren, Rashawn, Vaniqua, Valecia, Wilrya, Sharidya, and Destiny Smith all of St. Pauls, NC.

Memories will further be cherished by his five brothers, James Alton Williams (Louise) of St. Pauls, Elder Roland Williams (Ann) of Red Springs, Ernest Williams, Larry Williams of St. Pauls, NC, Ricky Williams (Yolando) of St. Pauls, NC; seven sisters, Mary Lois Bethea (Cleveland) of Lumber Bridge, NC, Dorothy Williams of Lumber Bridge, NC, Louise Whitted (Arthur) of Bladen County, NC, Elder Lynda Campbell (Clifton) of Rex, NC, Jean Scott of St. Pauls, NC, Shirley McEachin (Johnathan) of Lumber Bridge, NC, Lisa Carolyn Williams of St. Pauls, NC.  Ronnie also leaves to cherish his memories all of his special nieces, nephews, a host of cousins, relatives, friends and best friends, Elton Melvin of Linden, NC and Marshall Cumming of St. Pauls, NC.
