Samantha Mahogany Hodge

Miss Samantha Mahogany Hodge, 19, passed away on December 19, 2022. Samantha was born on January 24, 2003 in Columbus, OH to Samuel and Jennifer.

She is preceded in death by Mark Faison (maternal grandfather); Laura Brayboy Hodge- Henley (paternal grandmother); Thressia McDuffie (aunt); Janie Bryant (aunt). 

Samantha is survived by her father and mother; Samuel Hodge-Columbus, OH; Jennifer Faison Kelly (Anthony)- Gahanna, OH; brothers Anthony R. Hodge (Candy)-Cocoa, FL and Tremaine S. Hodge -San Diego, CA; sister NaKysha De'-Ja Hodge - San Diego, CA; grandmother Katie Faison- Warsaw, NC; aunts Shirley Daniels-Fayetteville, NC; Barbara Sansbury (Walter/ "Rock")-Parkton, NC; Suzette Faison Deal -Magnolia, NC; Juliet Faison Miller (Alfonso)-Fayetteville, NC and uncles Willie B. Faison (Wanda) -Titusville, FL and Thomas Faison (Mona)-High Point, NC. 

Two special aunts: Cheryl Sims (George)- Columbus, OH and Tammy Smith (Don)- Columbus, OH. One special little cousin Dillion McMahan-Columbus, OH.

Three nieces and three nephews, a host of cousins, friends, church family members, and the Capital University Family.

Viewing at 11am to 12 noon at First Missionary Baptist Church of Parkton, NC - 195 West David Parnell Street, Parkton, NC. on Thursday December 29, 2022.  Funeral service at 12 noon.  Rev. Michael Weaks presiding.

A celebration of life memorial at Rhema Christian Center, 2100 Agler Rd. in January 2023.  The date is to be announced.
