Mrs. Catherine Ann (Mckinnon) Lewis

Mrs. Catherine Ann Lewis, 74 of St. Pauls peacefully passed Monday, June 28, 2021.  Graveside services will be Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 3:00 pm at McKinnon Cemetery, 225 McKinnon Lane, St. Pauls, NC.  Viewing, Friday 1-6 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Our beloved Catherine A. Lewis was born on December 22, 1946 to the late Roosevelt and Florence McKinnon.  Catherine attended East Side High.  She went on and worked at Burlington Mills until her health failed.  She accepted Christ in her life.  She was a faithful member at First Baptist Church.  She sung on the choir, was the President of the kitchen Committee, she was a Missionary and she loved the Lord and everybody.

Catherine leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, Jasper (Quolis) Lewis of Fayetteville, NC and Andre Lewis of the home, one God son, who she raise, James L. Johnson, on God daughter, she raised, PanChena Hale, eight grand children: Yuset McMillian, Cherille (Timothy) Wright, Deandre Lewis, Sonomia Lewis, Deangelo Pone, Breanna Lewis, Cordasia Lewis, Raquan Lewis; eleven great grand and a host nieces and nephews and one special neice Barbara McKoy.  She has five friends; Crystal Glover, Willie Cogdell, Barbara Holdman, Ella C. Lewis and Alene Wright, who proceeded her in death. Host of family and friends who loved her dearly.
