Mr. Robert Floyd, 49 of Parkton, NC peacefully passed on Saturday, August 29, 2020. Graveside Services will be Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 2:30 pm at Laurel Hill Cemetery, 745 Purdie Rd., Lumber Bridge, NC 28357. Rev. C. J. Ross, Eulogist. Viewing : Friday 1:00 - 6:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Robert Leon Floyd was born to Jimmy and Norman Floyd on August 22, 1971. On Saturday morning, August 29, 2020, Robert was called from earth to reward. His father, Norman and brother, Charles preceded him in death.
Robert "Wanky" as he was affectionately called, was educated in the Public Schools of Robeson County. After graduation from Parkton High School, he worked at Dixie Yarns, Inc. in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was later employed at Cross Creek Lincoln Mercury in Fayetteville, North Carolina as an Automotive Technician.
Robert, the youngest of his parent's two sons, was always a Momma's boy. He was an avid motorcyclist and a devout member of his motorcycle club, "The Untouchables"
Fond memories of him will be cherished by: his mother, Jimmy Nell Baldwin Floyd of Parkton, North Carolina; he also leaves the apple of his eyes, his two daughters, Te'Meeka T. Campbell (Marcus) of Parkton, North Carolina and Areyanna L. Floyd of Charlotte, North Carolina; four grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
Though Robert has crossed the great divide, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him dearly.
