Mr. John Alfred Glover, 80 peacefully passed on Monday, March 15, 2021. Graveside services will be Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Great Marsh Cemetery, Great Marsh Church Road, St. Pauls, NC. Viewing:. Wednesday 1:00 - 6:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive family and friends at 51 Chauncey Circle, St. Pauls, NC.

Mr. John Alfred Glover, 80 departed his life on Monday, March 15, 2021. John Alfred was born on December 25th, 1940 in Lumberton, NC.
John Alfred was the third oldest of five children. He was born to the late Estella Glover and Raymond Glover. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Betty L. Glover, son; Alfred and Rickey J. Glover, daughter; Veretta D. Glover and sister; Peggy Harris.
John Alfred received his early education in the Public Schools of St. Pauls, NC. John Alfred had many skills and trades. He love and enjoyed the outside. He Loved planting gardens, he loved farming, juke yard and many, many more outside activities. John Alfred loved to look out for his family and friends He always kept a smile on his face and make all his family and friends laughing and carrying on..
He leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters; Rachel Glover of Lumberton, NC and Ashley McMillan (Lee) of St. Pauls, NC, three sons; Wayne McMillan, Bradley McMillan and Dontrell Munn of St. Pauls, NC, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren;, two sisters; Louise Fisher of Wilmington, Delaware and Mary Harrell (David) of Parkton, NC, one brother; Randolph Glover of St. Pauls, NC, two aunts; Mattie Robinson of St. Pauls, NC and Lula Bell Thompson of Lumberton, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; special friends; Patricia McMillan, Kelvin Florsey, Roosevelt, Brenda McMillan and Jamie Mack.
